Broadband Linking American Samoa Territory (BLAST) is American Samoa’s first-ever inter-island 350 km unrepeatered submarine cable network connecting the six Islands of Fogagogo, Tu’tuila, Ofu, Luma, Ta’u and Aunu’u being implemented in concert with an extensive terrestrial island fiber build-out with a planned RFS of 2015.
