Job Description

WFN Strategies is seeking experienced professionals to serve as Power Cable Onshore/HDD Representatives on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing the technical performance of power cable installation projects to ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry standards. Representatives will report to the Project Implementation Manager, documenting installation activities, reviewing supplier procedures, and ensuring operational reliability.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site installation activities to ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Conduct regular reporting to the Project Implementation Manager, including video documentation of the installation process.
  • Review supplier installation procedures and preliminary Route Position Lists (RPLs) for accuracy and adherence to contract requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with environmental and safety standards during installation.
  • Provide technical oversight for cable burial and protection systems to ensure operational reliability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of five years of professional experience in the power cable or energy sector, with at least two years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of cable installation techniques, including burial, jointing, and protection methods.
  • Adherence to ISO Quality and Information Security standards.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Active B1/B2 visa.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster.
  • Medical disclosure for assignment-related needs.
  • Three professional references.
  • Work history for the past five years.
