Job Description

The Marine Survey Representative monitors and assesses the on-board technical performance of marine survey operations, ensuring they meet Supply Contract standards. This role includes daily reporting to the Survey Implementation Manager and capturing video documentation as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to analyze contract deliverables and achieve project objectives.
  • Track and ensure on-time delivery, billing milestones, and required documentation.
  • Prepare Daily Project Reports during active commissioning.
  • Develop strategies to address customer issues and coordinate solutions with peers.
  • Contribute inputs to project status reports for the Project Team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, OR
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional telecom experience, including at least two (2) years in a related position, OR
  • Five years of telecom experience plus a related professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to ISO Quality and InfoSec standards.
  • Strong skills in reporting, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, management, and colleagues.
  • Full proficiency in written and conversational Japanese.
